Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken pieces
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Cayenne pepper and paprika
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • Fresh thyme
  • Vegetable oil for frying
